If you choose a sporty holiday and want to explore the Frisian waters by sailing boat, then Hart van Friesland Watersports centre is an excellent starting place.

For The Hart of Friesland is central to the lake area, approximately two kilometres from the Sneekermeer lake and the Goingarijpsterpoelen, approximately 5 kilometres from the Langweerderwielen and the Koevordermeer lake, directly on the Prinses Margriet canal. Without striking the mast you can sail to these many lakes and canals.

The combination of apartment, restaurant and boat on your doorstep (your own boat or one of ours) form the ingredients for a perfect holiday.

You can hire a Polyvalk yacht for a week, weekend or day including a 4 h.p. engine. It is also possible to hire a cover.
