You can hire various boats at Hart van Friesland. In addition to yachts (the polyvalks) there are also luxurious touring or fishing boats (Rana 17 motor boats, 10 h.p., electric ignition, 4-stroke) , fishing boats (engine: 4 h.p.) and Canadian canoes (for 1 or 2 people) for hire.

The Rana 17 (see photograph) is perfect for exploring the Frisian waters. This boat is also ideal for fishermen. You can sail on your own with the Rana or with the whole family (5/6 people). Great for a day out or for a week's holiday. In poorer weather the cover offers shelter. The Rana 17 is also perfect for the water sports beginner.
